“Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The pickup was a bit of a mess, and from there the experience was largely a disappointment. The day felt a little disorganized as we were told an order of activities, and then that order changed because we would stop at places and they were full. The coffee tasting was a huge miss- we were only given a tiny shot of watery coffee. We also stopped at a jewelry store which was just one huge sales pitch and we stayed much longer than I would've liked. The small village of San Sebastian was not very interesting either. “Miguel was a great tour guide. Very funny and gave a lot of cool information about the different areas as we traveled to San Sebastian. The town was great to walk through and the meal provided was probably the best meal we had during our trip. The tour was one of the best ones we did while we were in Puerto Vallarta.”

(Widespread construction slowed things down for me) Tequila tasting might have been better at the end of the day as not everyone wants to be drinking so early. The combo of the back seat with the window lower than I could comfortably see out of + speed bumps and rough roads made the ride very uncomfortable for me. The guide could have been a bit more informative— especially during the ride— he didn’t really say much.”

“They do NOT communicate well! Ruined my anniversary. I have traveled internationally - Europe and Mexico - and understood what was expected of me better than Viator or Greyhound. I booked for 10am at pickup location and arrive at 945a only to find out a secure message was sent while on vacation in another country that we needed to be there at 925am. Can't believe this company is so shady and not good at communication to make sure we got this communication to be there 35 minutes beforehand. So disappointed!”

I was picked up promptly by Juan Carlos in a big, clean and air conditioned van. The drive to San Sebastián was comfortable and really enjoyable. I texted with Maricela Rodriguz and she was very thorough with keeping us in the loop . they picked us up at our hotel on time and both Jorge and Salvador were great. this is a sleepy lil town but was interesting to walk around all the cobblestone streets. we had a nice lunch and went to a silversmith who was so nice and accommodating. Other things were Las Palmas church, Don Lalin's tequila Hacienda. I recommend this tour and our guides.”
