“We booked this tour as we wanted to get out of the Hotel Resort and learn more about the culture and history of Puerto Vallarta. In the description of the highlights of the tour, it states “a full day tour that explores downtown, Los Arcos and Mismaloya Beach”. We found most of the exploration was done through the windows of the bus. With regards to the 50 minutes allotted time for the Malecon Boardwalk as stated in the “What to expect” when we got off the bus, it was more like 10-15 minutes which was basically the walk from the bus to the jewelry store. “Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The pickup was a bit of a mess, and from there the experience was largely a disappointment. The day felt a little disorganized as we were told an order of activities, and then that order changed because we would stop at places and they were full.
